Is a project that will provide hands-on opportunities to learn a variety of skills, strategies and best practices to improve teaching and learning for both teachers and students.  Goals are to promote essential 21st century skills and NETS while enhancing effective technology integration in the classroom.

Goals:

• Increase and assess student learning and achievement;

• Use formal and informal assessments such as rubrics, checklists, and any other tools to access student learning and achievement;

• Enhance technology integration by using various Web 2.0 tools to elaborate, refine, analyze and evaluate teaching and learning in the curriculum;

• Use technology tools more effectively while teaching 21st Century Skills that impact student achievement in all subjects.
  

• Provide an effective and safe online learning community that promotes collaboration and sharing among educators;

• Promote usage and integration of National Technology Standards and TEKS;

• Develop a community of campus and district innovators of technology leaders who are open and responsive to new and diverse perspectives;

• Develop, implement, and communicate new ideas to others on how we can expand the use of "Emerging Technologies" and digital media in classrooms.
